The second job nobody mentions
IVF comes with a lot of admin, on top of everything else you’re carrying. These are things people going through treatment in the UK said again and again, and what the organiser gives you for each.
“I’m constantly chasing the clinic.”
A call and email log, questions for every stage, and six polite chase-up emails you can copy.
“I can’t keep track of my medications.”
Weekly medicine calendars, a fridge sheet and a stock list. Always exactly as your clinic prescribes.
“Nobody mentioned the extra costs.”
A cost checklist, ten questions to ask about any quote, and a three-clinic comparison.
“It’s a postcode lottery.”
How to find and read your own area’s NHS funding rules, and what to ask your GP.
“I can’t find anything in the portal.”
Scans, bloods and embryo updates, written down as you’re told them and kept in one place.
“I just want everything in one place.”
One organiser and one tracker for the whole cycle, and for the next one if you need it.
From UK reviews, forums and video comments we read while making it.
Eighty pages, ten sections, one tracker
A printable organiser, a digital version for your tablet, and a spreadsheet that does the adding up for you.
-

Space to weigh up big choices, record what your clinician said, and keep track of consent forms.
-
The two-week wait
Fourteen short pages. They deliberately don’t ask you to look for symptoms.
-

-
If this cycle doesn’t work
Gentle pages for if you need them: questions for a review appointment, words for telling people, and UK support.
Printable organiser
An A4 PDF of 80 pages. Print the whole thing, or just the pages you need, as often as you like.
Digital organiser
The same pages with clickable side tabs, for GoodNotes, Notability and other PDF note apps.
Tracker spreadsheet
For Excel or Google Sheets. It counts doses, shows your next appointment and flags what to chase.
If you’d rather type, it adds things up for you
- Doses counted as you log them
- Your next appointment at the top, every time you open it
- Calls you need to chase, flagged
- Anything you’ve been charged that wasn’t in your quote, highlighted
Works in Excel and Google Sheets. Share one copy with a partner if you like.
A look inside the organiser
Previews of seven of the 80 pages.
It can’t change what happens in your treatment. It can make the admin lighter.
This is an organiser, not medical advice. It won’t tell you what to take, and it can’t tell you what your chances are. Your clinic decides your treatment; the organiser helps you keep up with it and ask the right questions.
Every cycle is different, and not every cycle works. That’s why the organiser includes pages for if this one doesn’t: questions for your review appointment, words for telling people when you’re ready, and UK organisations you can turn to.
NHS funding, records and support details were checked against NICE, NHS, HFEA and ICO sources in October 2026.

Before you buy
Short answers about the organiser, the files and paying.
Is this medical advice?
No. It’s a planner and record-keeper. It never tells you what to take, how much, or what your chances are. Always follow your clinic’s instructions, and contact your clinic if anything feels wrong. For urgent advice call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
Will it work with my clinic?
Yes. It follows the usual steps of IVF and frozen embryo transfer, with space for your clinic’s own plan and wording. You copy in what your clinic tells you.
I’m NHS-funded. Is it still useful?
Yes. The medicines, results, questions and call log are the same whoever is paying, and the NHS section helps you read your own area’s funding rules.
Can my partner use it too?
Yes. There are pages written for partners, and you can share one copy of the tracker in Google Sheets.
How do I get the files?
Straight after payment you’ll see your download page, and we email you the link too. The link works for 30 days. Save the files to your own device or Google Drive so you always have them. If you lose the link or it expires, you can get a new one yourself at any time.
Can I print it at home?
Yes. It’s designed for A4. Print the whole thing or just the pages you need, as often as you like for your own use.
Does it work on an iPad?
Yes. The digital version has clickable tabs and works in GoodNotes, Notability and other PDF note apps.
What if my cycle doesn’t work?
There’s a gentle section for that, with questions for your review appointment and UK support. If you go on to another cycle, you can use the organiser again.
I live outside the UK. Can I buy it?
Yes. The organiser is written around the UK system, including NHS funding, the HFEA and UK support organisations, but the medicines, results, questions and call log work anywhere. The payment page can show your local currency, and any local tax is handled for you.
Why does my receipt say Onelink?
Onelink is the payment service run by Stripe that processes our sales. It takes the payment, handles any tax, and sends your receipt. Your download link comes from us.
Can I get a refund?
Because you get the files straight away, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply once the download is available. If a file won’t download or open, get a fresh link first. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act still apply if a file is faulty: see our terms of sale.
Is my information private?
Yes. Nothing you write in the organiser or tracker is sent to us. When you buy, we keep only your email address and order details so we can deliver your files. Read our privacy policy.
