Who we are
The UK IVF Cycle Organiser is made and supplied by HuBelor Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17497104). Registered office: Hallmark House, 25 Downham Road, Ramsden Heath, Billericay, CM11 1PU. You can contact us using our contact form.
What you’re buying
Digital files: a printable organiser (PDF), a digital organiser (PDF) and a tracker spreadsheet. Nothing physical is sent. The price is shown on the website and on the payment page before you pay.
What you need: the PDFs open in any PDF reader, such as your phone, tablet or computer’s built-in viewer. The digital organiser’s clickable tabs work in PDF note apps such as GoodNotes and Notability. The tracker works in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. The files have no copy protection.
How payment works
Payments are processed by Onelink, the merchant-of-record service run by Stripe. Onelink is the seller of record for your payment: it takes payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT where you live, sends your receipt, and handles payment questions. Onelink’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment and are linked on the payment page. HuBelor Limited provides the organiser itself under these terms. You can pay in pounds, or the payment page may offer your local currency. Your bank statement will show ONELINK* HUBELOR.
Not medical advice
The organiser is a planning and record-keeping tool. It doesn’t give medical, legal or financial advice and makes no claims about treatment outcomes. Always follow the instructions of your clinic and healthcare team.
Delivery
After payment you’ll see a download page, and we’ll email you a link. The link works for 30 days. If you lose it or it expires, you can get a new one at any time from our new link page.
Your right to cancel
Before you pay, we ask you to agree that you want immediate access to the download, and to confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is available. This is permitted by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The email with your download link confirms your order and this agreement.
If something is wrong
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren’t affected: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file won’t download or open, first get a fresh link from our new link page. If a file is still faulty, contact us and we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. You can also contact Onelink support, through the link on your receipt, about a payment or refund.
Using the files
You may use, print and copy the files for your own personal use, including for every cycle you go through. Please don’t share, resell or publish them.
Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren’t responsible for decisions about your treatment, which are for you and your clinic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
